2026 Is half-way gone and where did the time go? Last FALL we went into the holiday season busy and ready to end the year on another amazing note. Then things just seemed to start happening one after another.
– Q was featured in 605 magazine. Beautiful article and great photos!
– We joined Mitchell Main Street and Beyond (What a great organization and shout out to Liz and all the fabulous work she is getting accomplished…she is a rock star!).
– We were able to help bring awareness to Mental Health / Suicide Prevention and Depression along with giving away tickets to ROCK RESILIENCE that was held in Huron, SD.
– We teamed up with Daylight Donuts for National Donut Day so you could get TWO cake donuts for a $1.50. This sweet deal got a little better as you were able to register and WIN FREE Jewelry as well! Just another way we try and say THANK YOU!
_ You all blew our minds and went above and beyond to help bring home the “W’s” for the Best of the Best – Mitchell, SD. Q was able to secure wins in both the Jewelry and Gifts categories. 6 years running and we couldn’t have done it without amazing friends, customers and supporters like you!
_ We have been able to give away free jewelry and hope to be able to do some other giveaways later this Summer.
– Amazing Artists out doing their thing and we are just privileged and thankful to be able to feature them in the Q Gallery
- Lyle Miller Sr. was featured in South Dakota Magazine. His work “Holy Man Akicita (Warrior)” was the featured piece.
- Tom Patzer joined the gallery and has expanded his wood working to include furniture, bowls, cutting boards, charcuterie boards, and other unique vessels
- Cherie Ramsdell was selected to participate in “Echoes of Earth Exhibition” a unique juried show that explores the prehistoric history of the Black Hills by providing select ceramic artists with clary sourced directly from the Fuson Shale Formation.
- Linda Schroder joined the gallery and brings her original Western Themed oil paintings that capture life as it would have been on the prairie.
- Greg Weeldreyer joined the gallery and brings with him his amazing hand carving talent where he utilizes antlers to bring his creations to life.
We are so thankful to be able to do what we love along with being able to share it with others. Thanks for all the support and here is to rocking out the rest of 2026!
